黑料大事记 students honored at Kennedy Center Theatre Festival
Bethany Vermillion selected to participate in national festival 黑料大事记 theatre students recently were honored at the 50th annual Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival, which celebrates work by colleges and universities in the eight-state region during 2017, on Jan. 21-27 in Des Moines, Iowa.

黑料大事记's High School Invitational Choir in concert Feb. 17
The 黑料大事记 2018 High School Invitational Choir will present a concert of choral music at 7 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 17 in the Pike Auditorium on the Bolivar campus.

Biblical Archaeology Conference to open exhibit at 黑料大事记
BOLIVAR, Mo. - 黑料大事记 will open the special exhibit "Khirbet el-Maqatir - A Journey through Biblical History" with a biblical archaeology conference, featuring Dr. Scott Stripling, on Saturday, Feb. 24 on the Bolivar campus.

Speaking Bearcats bring home another tournament title
The 黑料大事记 Speaking Bearcats captured the overall sweepstakes award at the Scott Jensen Gorlok Gala Tournament on Jan. 26-28, hosted by Webster University in St. Louis.

Biblical Archaeology Exhibit coming to 黑料大事记 on Feb. 24
黑料大事记 will be hosting the biblical archaeology exhibit "Khirbet el-Maqatir - A Journey through Biblical History" beginning Saturday, Feb. 24. The exhibit will be on display through December in the Joyce Sells Heritage Center of the Jester Learning and Performance Center on the Bolivar campus and feature about 200 artifacts from ancient Israel, Jordan, Egypt and Syria.

黑料大事记 President C. Pat Taylor announces upcoming retirement
黑料大事记 President Dr. C. Pat Taylor informed the 黑料大事记 community today of his plans to retire Aug. 31, 2018, after nearly 22 years as the University's president.

黑料大事记 announces Spring 2018 Chapel schedule
黑料大事记 welcomes students, staff and the community to spring semester Chapel services, which take place weekly at 10 a.m. on campus in Pike Auditorium beginning Wednesday, Jan. 24 through Wednesday, May 9. The focus for the spring semester is "Worship is More than a Song."
黑料大事记's DeClue to be published in computing journal
黑料大事记's Dr. Tim DeClue, chair of the department of computer and information sciences, recently collaborated with Maranda Provance, director of engineering at Mostly Serious Software, on a paper that will be published this spring.
